Job Description
I am looking for the right administrator for a company in Solna.
You will be part of a department with several administrators and case officers, driven by a forward-thinking attitude and a desire to constantly develop and improve their work methods.
The company is one of Sweden's largest producers and retailers of electricity and heating.
For this position, I expect you to have at least 3 years of experience in administrative work and that a vocational college or higher education is required.
The position is full-time from 08:00 to 17:00.
Start: Immediately until September 2026.
Responsibilities
Main tasks:
- Send out, follow up, and receive agreements
- Be the operational support for the business
- Manage payments to customers
- Administer compensation for customers.
- Archiving in relevant systems and projects
- External communication: Manage dialogue with external parties
- Collaboration: Work with internal and external resources
- Contribute to updating and developing routines for the role
- Contribute to process development by suggesting improvements and participating in development work.
Qualifications
Skills and Personal Attributes
- Independent: Ability to work autonomously and with a strong personal drive (curiosity).
- Communicative ability: Express yourself well in speech and writing – not afraid to make phone calls.
- Team player, enjoys working together with a larger group/department
- Ownership: Understands that you own your own processes and ensures they are completed in the best way
- Detail-oriented: Has an eye for details (methodical).
- System savvy: Good computer skills and ability to work in various systems (e.g., SOS, SharePoint, Microsoft Office in general, and knowledge of GDPR).
- Worked as an administrator for at least 3 years.
- Vocational college or higher education is required.
